ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Aubrey Montgomery - State Farm Agent is seeking a part-time high school or college student to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. As a Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, you will get valuable experience within a professional insurance and financial services firm as you work to support our agency and customers by completing administrative tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned accurately and promptly.
- Communicate efficiently and professionally to meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- To be eligible for an internship, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in high school, or an undergraduate or post-graduate program
- Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to operate within multiple software programs and follow structured processes
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
